Hello Everyone! Thank you in advance for considering my photography services and booking with me. Please make sure to read everything below before securing your appointment for capturing moments that matter!
**Deposits/Payments:**
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments unless stated otherwise. This deposit will be deducted from the total shoot amount. The remaining balance (also non-refundable) is due in full upon completion of the photo session, which can be paid in cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay. However, if I, the photographer, have to cancel on my behalf, your deposit will be refunded in full.
**Late Fees/Rescheduling:**
• Please be on time for your lifestyle photo session. A late fee of $25 will apply for every 10 minutes after the 10-minute grace period. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled—no exceptions! You still must shoot within your allotted booking time, as shooting time will not be extended!
• Rescheduling for any reason is only allowed once, and I must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a $50 rescheduling fee, although the deposit can still be credited.
**Post-Photoshoot:**
After your event photography session is done, the photos will be uploaded, and you will receive a custom link to your email, phone number, or Instagram handle provided upon booking in less than 24 hours after the balance is paid. If the balance is not received upon completion of the shoot, your photos will not be released. Clients keep all RAW images.
After the RAW photos are delivered, you will have 48 hours to send back the desired amount of photos you want edited. Please note that your requests for edits will be voided after this time. Each RAW photo has a specific file name; it will be best to send the file name (for example, "IMG_#") instead of the actual photo to reduce photo editing time. Please allow up to 2 days for edited photos, which will be shared in a folder via WeTransfer or Dropbox link.
